Assessment and Collection of Jurisdictional Taxes for Online Learners

Beginning in Fall 2026, Penn will be required to assess and collect certain taxes on payments made by online learners in specific non-U.S. jurisdictions. When applicable, these taxes will be billed to the student account and are payable through Penn.Pay in accordance with local legal requirements.
