Prospective Accelerated Nursing Program Students
In order to be considered for Penn need-based financial aid, you must submit all of the following information by the dates listed.
The Accelerated Nursing Program requires you to submit both the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 FAFSAs to the U.S. Department of Education, which you can do online. We suggest using the IRS data retrieval tool for accuracy.
The 2020-2021 FAFSA is available beginning October 1, 2019.

Submit parent and student 2018 federal income tax returns, including all schedules, pages, and W-2 forms, to Student Financial Services. Parent information must be included unless you will over age 30 by December 31, 2019.
Note: Don't file taxes? You still need to submit a Tax I.D. Form confirming your non-filer status or your application will remain incomplete.
Please send your tax returns directly to SFS, as Penn does not participate in CSS/IDOC Services.

Use a Cover Sheet/Tax I.D. Form each time you submit documents. You are required to submit and sign this form even if your family did not file taxes in 2018.
