Self-Service Verification via Myhub

The University of Pennsylvania partners with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide students with official enrollment certifications and advance registration verifications. Through the NSC Myhub dashboard, students can conveniently access these documents—as well as their official transcripts—in a single, secure location.
Benefits of Myhub include:
- 24/7 access to enrollment and degree records
- Immediate download of enrollment certificates and advance registration certificates
Important: Degree verification (degree conferral) requests must still be completed through:
- NSC Verify Now
- Request a Degree Verification from Student Registration and Financial Services (SRFS)
The following instructions outline how to access Myhub based on user population.
Accessing Enrollment and Advance Registration Documents Through Myhub
- Log in to Path@Penn.
- In the My Courses section, select the Self-Service Verification via Myhub link.
- A new tab or window will open automatically.
- Authenticate using your PennKey username and password.
- Note: The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) requires multi‑factor authentication (MFA). Complete the MFA prompt to proceed.
- After successful authentication, you will be directed to the Myhub dashboard.
- Select Self Service option to view your enrollment terms at Penn.
- In the Download an Enrollment Certificate section, choose the type of certification or verification you need, then select Download. From the drop-down menu select:
- All Enrollment Certificate
- Current Enrollment Certificate
- Advanced Registration Certificate
- Your document will download as a PDF, which you may view, save, or send to any recipient.
- Optional: You may also order your official University of Pennsylvania transcript from this page under the Order a Transcript section.
- You will be redirected to the NSC transcript ordering site.
Please note: If you attended a school that also participates in Myhub, you must select the University of Pennsylvania from the “Select a School” drop-down menu to access your Penn records.
First-Time Access to Myhub
If this is your first time logging into Myhub, you will need to create an account and complete the required multi‑factor authentication (MFA) setup.
- Enter “University of Pennsylvania” in the College Name field.
- Log in using your LinkedIn or Google account.
- After logging in, select the Self Service option.
- From the list of institutions, select University of Pennsylvania.
- Choose the Download Certificate option to obtain one of the following:
- All Enrollment Certificate
- Current Enrollment Certificate
- Advanced Registration Certificate
Please Note: Before the term start date, the Advanced Registration option may display enrollment updates that are not yet reflected in the Current Enrollment option.
Third party verifiers include employers, school representatives, and some government agencies. Penn has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications. All third-party education verifications must go through the NSC.
