The Cost of Attendance represents the total estimated cost of attending Weitzman School of Design for one academic year. It includes both direct costs—such as tuition and fees, which appear on your student bill—and indirect costs—such as living expenses, books and supplies, etc. which are not billed by Penn.

The costs listed below reflect the 2025-26 academic year (Fall & Spring terms). If your program has a summer term your cost will be higher.

The upper limit of the ranges listed above represents the maximum borrowing amount for federal student loans. Students should set their own living expense budget based on their own preferences and choices in housing, but should be aware of the maximum allocated amount for loan borrowing purposes.

*Health Insurance can be considered a non-billable expense or a billable expense to the student if enrolling in the Penn Student Insurance Plan
