An introduction to Penn's online billing and student accounts system.
Penn.Pay is Penn’s online billing system. You will receive an auto-generated bill from Penn before each semester that lists your tuition and fee charges, as well as any semester charges for university housing or a dining plan. Penn.Pay will capture any additional expenses you charge to your student account at venues like the Penn Bookstore, retail dining, or the Student Health Service. Penn sends a bill each month to reflect outstanding balances or new purchases you’ve charged to your student account. You can also use Penn.Pay to view your account activity in real time.
To grant access for a family member or other third party to pay your bill on your behalf, you must register them as an Authorized User in Penn.Pay. If you are an Authorized User, you can access Penn.Pay at the link below after you register for an account.
