Enrollment verifications are not provided for future terms. If a student has advance registered for a future term, an advance registration verification letter can be provided. Enrollment verifications are provided on or after the first day of a term. Please check the academic calendar for term dates.

  • The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) does not manage the verification of professional credentialing information. Please refer to the Education Credential or Verification section below for the appropriate contacts.

Loan Deferment

Please note:

  1. Borrowers complete the borrower's section, this includes:
    • Loan servicer name and address
    • Borrower name, student ID, and only the last four digits of the SSN.
  2. Penn will verify the borrower's enrollment data and will send the completed forms directly to the loan servicer (i.e. Mohela, Nelnet, ECSI, etc.). Forms will not be returned to the borrower.
