Important Information
Before you place a request with the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), please note the following:
1. Enrollment verifications are not provided for future terms. If a student has advance registered for a future term, an advance registration verification letter can be provided. Enrollment verifications are provided on or after the first day of a term.
2. Letter or form requests for the following information must be placed with either academic advising offices or program offices:
- Verifications of degree requirements fulfillment before graduation
- Internship or research project information
- Professional credentialing certifications
- Academic standing
- Judicial/Disciplinary actions
- Fitness and character
3. The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) does not manage or maintain records of the following programs:
- Coursera Certificate Programs
- Penn Dental Certificate Programs Prior to 2017
- Penn Medicine Graduate Medical Education (GME) Residency or Training Programs
- Perelman School of Medicine, Medical Doctor (MD) Program
- Wharton Executive Education Certificate Programs
