Spring 2024 Final Examination Schedule

Spring 2024 Final Exams will take place Monday, May 6, 2024 through Tuesday, May 14, 2024, excluding weekends.

The schedule and locations for in-person, synchronous final exams will be available on February 23, 2024 and can be found in PATH (https://courses.upenn.edu/) on the section details panel. The published schedule will be subject to change and the campus community is strongly encouraged to check their exam information in Path periodically. Once published, the day and time of exams should be fairly stable, however, room assignments may change.

In-person synchronous exams will be held at the following times during the Final Period:

  •   9:00 AM – 11:00AM
  •  12:00PM – 2:00PM
  •   3:00PM – 5:00PM
  •   6:00PM – 8:00PM

College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS) synchronous exams are administered from 6-8pm. Students in courses that meet Saturday or Sunday must confirm the exam day and time with their instructor.

Instructors may choose to hold asynchronous/take-home final exams. Take-home final exams may be due at any point during the final exam period but must be completed no later than Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Students should check with their instructor for more information.

Student Disabilities Services (SDS) provides services for students with disabilities to ensure equal educational opportunities and access. For support please visit https://wlrc.vpul.upenn.edu/.

The deadline for instructors and departments to request a synchronous, in-person final exam is January 19, 2024. Late exam requests will be accommodated as possible, however, space is limited and scheduling conflicts for students are not easily avoided when scheduling exams late. In some cases, late exams can cause changes to other, previously scheduled exams. The campus community is strongly encouraged to check the exam information in Path periodically.
