To gain access to the Pennant system, you must first complete an access request form found at https://upenn.bplogix.net/workspace.aspx. Training for Pennant and its components is offered in two forms:
- Online modules in WorkDay Learning (self-paced)
- In-person, instructor-led sessions upon request
The required modules will be assigned to your WorkDay Learning Plan after we receive your online request through the BPLogix workflow.
What training will I need to do my job?
Everyone who will use Pennant and other student systems needs to take the following online modules:
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) required to be completed annually
- Information Privacy and Security
To schedule a virtual one-on-one training session for Pennant Accounts, Pennant Accounts Feeder App, or Graduate Funding, please send a message to pennanthelp@pobox.upenn.edu.
How do I request access to Pennant?
A request is completed by the user or supervisor in the BPLogix tool found at: https://upenn.bplogix.net/workspace.aspx
Training will be assigned by SRFS or Pennant Operations dedicated staff once the request is received and routed to their task list.
