Pennant Records users can submit a ticket for assistance with an issue encountered using Pennant Records and associated tools.
Before submitting a ticket, please go through this Technical Checklist outlining actions to ensure the optimal technical experience. Also, please review the Known Issues Log to review issues we have been made aware of, impacted audiences, and anticipated resolution date.
There has been a recent change to Freshdesk relating to security. When you go to log in, select the customer option then you will be directed to our standard PennKey/password login page. Once you have logged in you will be able to submit your ticket.
If you experience any accessibility issues, please report them to Penn's Accessibility Team.
