Workflow

The University is in the beginning stages of replacing its student-facing paper processes with online forms and approval workflows using a new workflow and e-form application called BP Logix. Through these new workflows, faculty and staff will be able to manage student requests in a secure, remote, and efficient interface.

The first such form was launched during the spring 2020 term to support the expanded Pass/Fail option made available. In September 2020, a new Grade Type Change* form was launched and beginning October 13, 2020, students can use the new Withdrawal from a Course form to withdraw from a course.

Access to these forms does not infer approval. All submissions are reviewed, prior to processing, by an established group of faculty or staff, typically the instructor of the course or staff from the student’s home school.
