Current students and alumni of most schools can place orders and pay for transcripts securely online through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to place an order until the hold is cleared. Please visit the Holds on Student Records & Accounts page for more information.
The University of Pennsylvania's official transcript vendor is the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Transcript orders fulfilled by the NSC are considered official.
Please note: The University implemented a new student information system for all students enrolled as of Fall 2010 to the present semester. All careers are now presented in one academic transcript by program level. The official transcript will vary depending on the system of record at the time of attendance.

We strongly encourage Special Investigators and other government employees to use DoD Safe when requesting transcripts. DoD Safe links should be sent to registrar@upenn.edu. Release forms should not be directly emailed as they may contain Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as Social Security Numbers (SSN).
If your unit does not use DoD Safe, please email transcripts@upenn.edu for support.
