Penn Carey Law Checklist

2023-2024 Financial Aid Application Checklist

In order to be considered for Penn need-based financial aid, you must submit all of the following information by the dates listed. You must submit a new financial aid application each year.

We recommend that First-year students submit the FAFSA and CSS Profile by March 1, 2023 and all required student and parent tax forms by April 14, 2023.

Second- and third-year students must only submit the FAFSA by March 31, 2023.

The FAFSA is available each year starting on October 1, so you can get an early start on next year's application.

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student AID (FAFSA) online to the U.S. Department of Education.

We suggest using the IRS data retrieval tool for accuracy.
