If you filed a FAFSA previously, use your FSA username and password to complete a Renewal FAFSA online.
After you file your FAFSA, you will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR), which will indicate if you have been selected for verification. If so, Penn will contact you in the future with further instructions.

To receive federal and institutional administered funding, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Demonstrate financial need, (except for the Federal Direct Loan and Federal Direct Grad PLUS Loan)

Make satisfactory academic progress in your program of study

Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident

Enroll at least half-time in a degree program

Not be in default on a Federal educational loan or owe on a federal grant.

For the Federal Direct Grad PLUS Loan program: be determined creditworthy by your lender through a credit check. That is, you cannot have adverse credit history.
