For "data mismatch" error when attempting to register a PennKey	Contact the Office of the University Registrar (OUR): registrar@upenn.edu Please note: The OUR may not have your U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) in the student information system. You may have received a separate email from Information Systems and Computing (ISC) containing a nine‑digit Penn-assigned identifier. When creating your PennKey, please enter the last four digits of that identifier in the SSN field. After you have created your PennKey, we strongly encourage you to submit the Initial Social Security Number Entries form, available here: https://srfs.upenn.edu/student-records/update-data
